I really have a problem with focus. I can't tell you how many different crafts I have started this year. I'm trying to find one to settle on.....it's getting expensive to buy everything I need for a new craft and then to just put it away. Would this be ADHD? I don't know but I definitely need to tell myself to FOCUS.

Wow, two days in a row, this is some kind of record. I just got off work....another twelve hour day. two more twelve hour days, and I'll be off for the weekend and heading for Kansas City and quality time with my grandangel. I can't wait. But I have to get thru these two days first. Why did I ever start working twelve hour shifts anyway? Oh, right, I wanted to stop working any nights so it was an opportunity to work straight days. Ok, time to quit whining and go to bed so I'll be able to drag myself up and out to work tomorrow.

Here I am again and it's only been eight months since I was here last. Sometimes life gets really busy. Right now we are in the process of having our kitchen remodeled, and when that is done, we'll be on to painting walls and replacing carpet This next weekend, we're going to meet my daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter in Kansas City for a Yankees-Royals baseball game. It's been four months since we've seen the baby so i know she's really changed. I just hope she's not at that stage where everybody but her mom and dad are strangers.

ok, i keep forgetting this is even here, i'm not a very good blogger. i guess you can teach an old dog new tricks, but it takes a little bit longer. i have been crocheting away making collections of flowers to sell on ebay. i have flowers coming out of my ears. we just got back from new york, and travel time is a prime time to crochet.....when i'm not driving, that is. we're taking off for florida next week, so i'm packing up my crochet thread and should be coming back with beau coup flowers. ok, i'm off to crochet more flowers. see you soon......if i remember how to get here.

Sunday night

I am not a blogger.......I don't have a clue what I'm doing, so bear with me. I am just sitting here at my computer contemplating the day I just had at work, and the day off I have tomorrow. When I have a day off, I'm always filled with warm, fuzzy feelings. I'll be feeling really good Tuesday afternoon, because I am taking some vacation days and don't have to return to work until the following Tuesday!! Yay! I need to make a list, there are so many things I want to get done tomorrow, not the least of which is to clean my house. Well, that's not going to happen, so I'll have to get some projects done so I can feel justified in not cleaning. Any organization tips anybody wants to give me will be most welcome. I just can't seem to catch up, especially in the crafting area. I think I just have too much stuff. I can't believe I just said that. Ok, I'm off to make that list.
